Introduction

Following the Avid for Final Cut Pro Users workshop, this 5 day intensive course is aimed at Editors and Assistant Editors.

Topics covered include:

  • Editing room protocols
  • Project management
  • Editing for drama
  • Storytelling and performance
  • Assembling, trimming and finishing scenes from a film

Participants will practice on scenes from an Award winning Mike Leigh film and gain an in depth understanding of Avid's practical uses.

This workshop will be held at the LFS in-house post production facilities.

Fee: £550.00 (all fees include a Skillset subsidy, therefore this course is not eligible for individual Skillset bursaries)
