LFS PAST & PRESENT: An Evening to Celebrate the Work of John Hurt

“One of my favourite Hurt films — I think it’s his lost masterpiece — is Love and Death on Long Island“... - Owen Glieberman, Variety

Please join London Film School for an evening of remembrance and celebration of the legendary British actor, John Hurt, who passed away earlier this year. The night’s screenings include MACHEATH, directed by LFS alumnus Andrew Higgs and featuring John in the role of Sir John Fielding, and LOVE AND DEATH ON LONG ISLAND, written and directed by Richard Kwietniowski.

A brief Q&A, with Richard Kwietniowski and hosted by Sue Austen, will immediately follow the screenings.
