MA FILMMAKING FEES

ENTRY FOR SEPTEMBER 2024, JANUARY 2025 AND MAY 2025

The fees listed on this page apply to students starting the MA Filmmaking programme in September 2024, January 2025 and May 2025, with application deadlines listed here.

The fees include production costs for the film exercises in Terms 1-5 and each student's graduation film project in term 6.

Application Fee

A non-refundable application fee of £50 is payable by all applicants upon submission of the application.

Security Deposit

In addition to the above fees, all new students enrolling for the first time at the London Film School are required to pay a one-off Security Deposit of £100.  The deposit will be returned to the student upon graduation unless offset against losses or breakages.

Deposits to Secure Your Place

To secure your place on the course, you are required to return your registration form and pay a non-refundable deposit on your tuition fees. This will be deducted from the first term fees once you have formally enrolled on the first day of the course.

Please note: students requiring a visa to enter the UK will not be issued with a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) until the registration form has been returned and the deposit paid. You can read more about the Student route for visa applications here.
