A SPLINTER IN THE EYE is a 15-minute real-time political drama centred on the eviction of a squat in North London. The story follows Darren, a Junior Debt Enforcement Officer, as he and his colleagues enact a court order to forcibly remove its residents. But as his fellow officers deploy tactics of increasing brutality to clear the property, the eviction starts to spin violently out of control, forcing Darren into a confrontation with the brutal realities of his new profession.
