This dynamic online course will give participants an understanding of the role of Production Assistant on film and TV dramas. Beginning with an outline of the tasks undertaken by the PA and the attitude expected in the workplace, the course will also delve into the practicalities on set. 

Led by experienced Line Producer Robyn Forsythe (SMALL AXE, THE SOUVENIR), this programme will give you the guidance you need in order to make a start in the production department.

Robyn’s most recent Line Producer credit is Steve McQueen’s anthology series “Small Axe” for the BBC. She was the Co-Producer on Romola Garai's directorial debut 'Amulet' alongside producer Matthew Wilkinson (‘Yesterday’), and line producer on sit-com “The Cockfields” for UKTV. 
 
Robyn’s debut feature is in post- production, with partner producer Serena Armitage (Oscar winning 'The Stutterer'), and director David Luke Rees. She was selected for the Edinburgh International Film Festival talent lab 2018, and was nominated as Best Producer at the Underwire Film Festival in 2017 & 2018. Her shorts have screened at BFI, Palm Springs, Aesthetica and many others.
 
Robyn has a law degree, and currently works as a Production Executive for Sky Studios.
