Alice Norris
Senior Lecturer, Production Design
Alice is a seasoned film and television practitioner with over 25 years’ experience working across the UK and internationally as an Art Director, Set Decorator, and Production Designer on projects spanning film, TV, and streaming drama. She has led art department teams on major productions in Morocco and Ghana with director Hugo Blick, and in New Zealand on The Wilds, where she rapidly established the set decoration department. Her production design credits include the BAFTA-winning Wee Man, This Charming Man, and the drama series RedEye, and she received an RTS nomination for SAS Rogue Heroes. Additional work includes Hijack, War of the Worlds, The History of Mr Polly, The Great Fire London, Andrea Arnold’s Wuthering Heights, and Outrageous. Alongside her industry career, Alice has maintained a strong commitment to education as a long-time Visiting Lecturer at the London Film School, where she now holds a permanent role, bringing her professional experience to emerging filmmakers; she holds BA and MA degrees in filmmaking, as well as a BA in English and History.
