Rafael Kapelinski
Module 1 Leader
Rafael is a London-based, award-winning writer/director, lecturer, and script development consultant, trained at the National Film and Television School, London Film School, and the Andrzej Wajda Master School in Warsaw. His short and feature films have won over 25 international awards at major festivals including Cannes and Berlin, where his debut Butterfly Kisses received the Crystal Bear. He has also earned recognition for projects like Up on the Roof and To Bury The Horse, worked as script supervisor on the BAFTA-winning animation Edmond, and continues to develop new work while lecturing in storytelling and film at leading institutions in the UK and the US.
