REFLECTIONS ON THE COURSE:
"Hands on is always the best way to learn, and all of the summer school classes were useful.
It's good to understand how actors feel when they are taking direction, and in the acting classes we learned how to communicate with different actors. The scene reading sessions with the professional actors were helpful in terms of understanding the power of good screenwriting. This process is about so much more than directing your talents well."
WHAT HAPPENED NEXT:
"I'm currently line producing for a Chinese-French co-production tentatively titled LADY IN THE PORTRAIT produced by Evergrande Pictures Beijing & Anna Sanders Films, directed by Charles de Meaux. In addition I'm producing some Malaysian films that are in the script development stage. Two of the projects have been selected for the Golden Horse Film Project Promotion 2015 in Taipei."
