Reflections on the course:
"Even though there are lots of good directors, I have never met anyone as able to impart that wisdom as effectively as Udayan. He really is the reason to go to LFS. It is such a privilege to gain insight into how Udayan works. The other teachers were also super generous in sharing their knowledge. I loved being around people who were idealists and in this field for the right reasons.
The class size is definitely an advantage, and the mix of people benefitted from the careful curation by the school and resulted in great friendships and hopefully future collaborators.
London itself was a major reason for my choice and it did not disappoint. It is a gritty and difficult place to shoot but that is the perfect reflection of working in the real world. Also an incredibly inspiring backdrop for coming up with stories."
