This month we had the opportunity to hear about plenty of exciting student, graduate, and alumni achievements. Zeta Spyraki's grad film, 'Meltemi' was awarded Best Film and Best Fiction Film at the Big Shoulders Student Film Festival. MAF alumni, Christine Sherwood's 'Cherry Glazed' won the Bronze Prize at the LA Shorts Award, former Student Union President, Guy Wilson, won Cinema Suono, and Camille Nock's Term 5 film, 'Bo & Mei', won best LGBT Film Debut at the New Renaissance Film Festival: Amsterdam. Not to be forgotten, Lara Zeidan and Marcello Martinessi took home top prizes at Berlinale as well.
