The fees listed on this page apply to students starting the MA Filmmaking programme in September 2025, January 2026 and May 2026, with application deadlines listed here.
The fees include production costs for the film exercises in the three modules and each student's graduation film project.

Application Fee
A non-refundable application fee of £50 is payable by all applicants upon submission of the application.

The total cost for MA Filmmaking is £68,592 over a two-year period for Home status students and £68,792 for International students.
Deposits to Secure Your Place
To secure your place on the course, you are required to return your registration form and pay a non-refundable deposit on your tuition fees. This will be deducted from the first term fees once you have formally enrolled on the first day of the course.

Please note: students requiring a visa to enter the UK will not be issued with a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) until the registration form has been returned and the deposit paid. You can read more about the Student route for visa applications here.
