LFS Associate Ann Hui's latest feature film THE GOLDEN ERA, a biographical drama on Chinese writer Xiao Hong, has claimed the top award Best Film at the recent Hong Kong Film Awards as well as Best Director, Best Cinematography, Best Art Direction, Best Costume and Best Make-Up.
Hui also won best director at the Asian Film Awards and Golden Horse Film Festival for the film.
