Filmmaker and London Film School graduate Ben Aston used Kickstarter to successfully crowdfund his ambitious short film, raising thousands of pounds from hundreds of people he had never met.
Join Ben as he shares his experiences and walks through the many dos and don’ts of crowdfunding your film.

Ben Aston's 5th term LFS film ‘Dinner and a Movie’ was officially selected for the Palm Springs Shortfest 2013, the London Short Film Festival 2013 and the Edinburgh Film Festival 2013; which named him a 'British director of tomorrow'. His graduation film ‘He Took His Skin Off For Me’ is currently in post-production and his online short 'Russian Roulette' just won the grand jury prize for the SUNDANCE LONDON short film competition.
