"HALF TERM" Written and Directed by Tony Hagger (C.141)is doing really well at festivals and has just won 1st Place - Best Short at the Rhode Island International Film Festival and he says "again, just missed out on the Grand Prize and Short Oscar Nomination by a vote of 2 to 3".
