Writer/Director Tony Ukpo sees two features released this year in the US

Two feature films directed by LFS Grad Tony Sebastian Ukpo are to be released in cinemas across the US


The Fighter's Ballad, a social drama about the confrontation between a young man and a priest over the course of a night, starring Clive Russell and Peter Cadwell. Adapted from the stage play 'The Fighter' by Peter Cadwell, the film will be released in cinemas June 2014, with a premiere in Los Angeles, California and on limited release across the country. 

Random 11, a Japanese serial killer drama starring Haruka Abe as a young prodigy detective, which follows the decade-long chase of a mysterious mass murderer, will be released in April 2015. Both films will also be released on DVD soon after their theatrical runs. 

The Fighter's Ballad and Random 11 (which Tony also wrote) are the second and third feature films by Tony since he graduated from the London Film School
