Mu Li was born in Beijing, China. He moved to London at the age of 15. After nearly 10 years of studying mainly art related subjects, he graduated from the London Film School and is now working in China as an independent filmmaker. 

Having a wide range of interests, Mu Li lives a very active and productive lifestyle. During his study at LFS he has successfully worked within every single role of the filmmaking process. He is capable of being very technical as well as creative (although sometimes the two don’t mix very well) and on top of all that he is a very keen team player.
