Originally from a sleepy little village in the West Midlands, Liam Creighton lived and worked around the world before attending LFS.
His work is strongly influenced by Japanese family drama and often focuses on unconventional family structures. Films Liam directed have screened and won awards around the world. He is currently developing a short and a feature with Finite Films.
Films Liam produced at LFS earned a 2013 Student Academy Award nomination (The Library of Burned Books) and won awards including Best of British at Encounters 2013 (Rosemary Jane).
He also works freelance in production and AD roles and teaches film.
