Elliott grew up in Newcastle and made the move south to study English Literature at King's College London. He wrote several plays during his time there and continued to develop these after finishing. But film was always his passion and this led him to the MA Screenwriting at LFS. 

During his time at LFS he worked as a script editor on various short films and this sparked a passion to work in development. Since finishing at LFS he has been working in script development and hopes to one day be a development executive. He continues to write, focusing primarily on comedy, and is currently developing a TV sitcom.
