About
Aslak Danbolt is from Bergen, Norway. He has two BA’s, one in Film Studies and one in Documentary Directing, both from Lillehammer University College. His BA graduation film Martin-the Ghost was selected for numerous international film festivals including IDFA, Thessaloniki & London and won several awards.
He has studied for an MA in Filmmaking at the London Film School since 2011. He is currently living in Oslo directing a documentary series about homeless people for television and developing his graduation film Last Base into a feature. Last Base was recently selected fo the International Short Film Festival, Leuven, 2014 and Leeds International Film Festival.
