Devorah Corona

About

Born in Caracas, Venezuela, she moved to the US at a very young age for a few years, becoming fluent in both English and Spanish. Her creative tendencies became obvious when at age 8 she began studying piano, writing became her passion shortly after, and screen-writing became a young adult's obsession. Coming from a country with several political and social difficulties, she could not use any Venezuelan money to fund her studies abroad, so in order to complete her MA Screenwriting she crowd-funded and held three jobs for a period of year.

Now she has completed her MA in Screenwriting at the London Film School where she collaborated as a writer on grad projects such as Infestations, which she co-wrote and acted as Production Manager, and Ana Maria, which she wrote and co-produced.

She is currently working at The London film School, producing several projects, writing her second feature script and polishing a Comedy TV pilot which is to be shot in 2016.
