About
Rebecca E. Marshall is a filmmaker who likes exploring natural visual effects. She uses an experimental style that informs her short films and documentaries in 35mm, 16mm and DV. Her work can make you aware of yourself as machinery: soft, fragile and yet very much alive. Her work has screened in London at the NFT, The Royal Opera House and festivals such as Locarno, Berlin Short F/F and Creteil International Women’s F/F. She graduated with distinction as director and her final documentary project Glitter and Storm was released in the UK 2012 with the feature Swandown by Andrew Kotting.
