Through a successful career in factual television, Evy Barry has directed groundbreaking documentaries - including two for Channel Four about the first ritual murder in this country, and one for Channel Five / Discovery featuring the heartbreaking story of a little boy with the largest facial tumours on medical record. These films were nominated for an Indie Award and has built a passion for making character-driven work that is as cinematic as it is human. She has made a couple of short award-winning films and directed lots of theatre, including two four-star reviewed plays at the Old Red Lion and the Kings Head Theatres.
