Mammal from a very young age, Alex Palmer was raised in Bristol on a diet of Polish food and idly-chewed pencil graphite. A youth of watching movies lead to a film studies degree at the University of Warwick, where a screenwriting module refocused his ambition. Alex is fascinated by the tonal possibilities of a film and has tried to find his voice at the intersection of the absurd and the mundane. He's especially interested in the synthesis of the two: politics. Whether in writing or real life, Alex can be found passionately discussing and joking about theory, which he maintains is almost the same as praxis.
