About
Remi is a Lebanese writer/director currently based in Lebanon. She participated in numerous writing and film workshops, among them a workshop with Werner Herzog in Cuba (2017). She started by directing feature documentaries for Al Jazeera documentary channel and currently in postproduction on her independent feature length documentary,entitles A Long Breath. Her short film Nazha (2016) was featured on BBC Arabic TV’s Alternative Cinema program and was awarded the 2016 Prix du Jury prize at Teuton international film festival.
