Celine Cotran

Celine is a London-born, British-Lebanese filmmaker. She writes and directs her own films, telling female-driven stories that touch on the fantastical and absurd.   Her short film, Grounded, premiered at Williamsburg International FF and went on to screen at many more.

Celine’s graduation film, After Eights, premiered at the BAFTA Cymru Qualifying Carmarthen Bay FF, where it was nominated for Best Comedy Short.   

Celine has been mentored by the Academy Award-winning producer David Parfitt.
