About

Anthony Hughes is a London born and based filmmaker. Captivated by the medium of film and its capacity for storytelling from an early age, he has an interest in narrative and experimental filmmaking. Having graduated from London South Bank University with a 1st Class Honours BA in Digital Film & Video via Scholarship, he then attended London Film School where he received the Creative Skillset Bursary. Using this opportunity, Anthony was able to work on projects both domestic and international in a variety of roles, ultimately deciding to specialise in Cinematography and Lighting.

Having graduated from London Film School as a Cinematographer and deciding to focus within the electrical department, Anthony has begun working as a Gaffer and Lighting Technician in the UK. Primarily working on music videos over the last several months, he has also worked on corporate and narrative projects, continuing to develop his skills and knowledge.
