Millennial–born and raised in southern California. Jazz’s grandfather immigrated to London, from Punjab in 1965. Upon his passing in 2016, Jazz attended his funeral, and walked by the London Film School building one evening; he took a mental note of it. When he moved to London the following year, he went into his great aunt’s garage, where she handed him his dead grandfather’s microwave and silverware so he would save money.
