In 2017, Xiaojing suddenly found her true dream “to be a filmmaker”. She quit the “god job”, made a sci-fi video alone and finally got an offer from London Film School. 2018 was her first year. In the very beginning, she cared more about social problems. As she grew up, she became more interested in normal life.

In 2020, she had a story she desperately wanted to tell. She found that people in her life are normal but attractive. She decided to shoot this as her grad film, Corsage. Corsage is a good start of her career; she still works hard and never forgets her aim - to be a good storyteller.
