Zamalisa Mdoda is a South African multidisciplinary storyteller based in the UK. She started out working in television production in South Africa before moving to New York to study film and performance at the New School, where she obtained her Bachelors degree in Liberal Studies. She worked in digital media as a Staff Writer for media and music festival company AFROPUNK.com. She recently took part in the Talent Unlimited CanneSeries writing residency, where she is in the running to develop a series for StudioCanal.
