After completing a BA in Film Studies at Kings College London she worked for a BFI-backed community cinema in South London as a season film programmer. Her LFS graduation project, Cold Water, was filmed during the height of the pandemic and stars Jo McInnes and Michael Higgs. Leanne is currently in development on her next project, a short documentary piece about a young boxer from Bradford.
