A naive Welshman, Dick, runs a struggling Spanish tapas cafe on the coast of North Wales. Drowning in debt, he is one day threatened with an ultimatum by his ruthless loan shark, Gary. With his dream at jeopardy from the predatory moneylender, Dick must take drastic action, or lose his beloved, tacky seaside tapas forever.
