About
Writer and director Rolf Heldal was born in 1977 in Namsos, Norway. He grew up in Oslo and focused his talents mainly on photography. In 2013 he earned his MA degree in Filmmaking from The London Film School, and has since been working on projects in both the UK and Norway. Rolf has a strong academic background including medical studies and archaeology. He currently resides in Oslo.
Rift is his graduation project from London Film School and was shot in Norway during the winter of 2012.
