Nathan Deming was born in Wisconsin, USA in 1989. He studied Creative Writing at Webster University in St. Louis, MO before moving to the UK to join the London Film School in September 2011. His 5th term film Tongues - based on his own experiences in a mega church during college - played at several major European film festivals, including the London Short Film Festival and the Edinburgh International Film Festival and currently features on IndieFlix. 

In 2014, he finished his thesis film Dog Days, shot in Wisconsin and starring local actors. He's currently living and working in Los Angeles, CA where he's developing his first feature film, Speaking in Tongues, to be shot in Chicago in 2015.
