Florah Uddin was born in London in 1985. She studied English Literature at university and graduated in 2006 before then working as a runner, production assistant and assistant stylist in film and music videos. In 2007 she was awarded funding for her first short film and then moved to Rio de Janeiro. She returned a year later and worked at Vertigo Films before applying to Film School. Florah is currently working as a music video director and is developing her first feature film.
