We recently had the pleasure of sitting down with screenwriting alumnus, Samuel Jefferson, who told us all about his journey from grad to co-creator and head writer of the award winning Apple TV Original series, Berlin ER. The series won Best Drama Series and Best Cinematography Fiction (Tim Kuhn and Jieun Yi) at the German Television Awards, and was nominated for Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Directing Fiction and Best Editing Fiction – an incredible achievement!

TONY HAGGER'S FILM WINS BEST STUDENT SHORT

Tony Hagger's graduation film "HALF TERM" (C.141/6)has just won Best Student Short at the Cornish Film Festival which ran from 16-19th November 2006. For more information please see www.cornish-film-festival.co.uk.
YASMINA SOLANES WON BEST FILM AT FESTIVAL IN SPAIN
Yasmina Solanes C. 149 graduation film, which she wrote and directed, won Best Film at the VII Video Jove de Alella - Concurs de Curtmetratges, Catalonia, 8-11 November 2006.
