Filmmaking alumnus, Corin Taylor, recently exec produced Peter Hujar's Day, directed by Ira Sachs and starring Ben Whishaw and Rebecca Hall. Ben is a producer at Blink Productions where he creates both commercials and long-form projects. Peter Hujar’s Day is Blink’s first feature and recently had its world premiere at Sundance and International premiere at Berlinale. Big congrats! Looking forward to seeing what you get up to next.
Screenwriting alumnus, Sam Jay Patrick, has been shortlisted for the BAFTA Rocliffe New Writing Competition with his debut script (and graduate project), Daisychain. Congratulations and best of luck!
“Daisychain is my first feature script, so having it shortlisted for BAFTA Rocliffe is an incredible honour. A modern exploration of abandonment through the eyes of two young Dubliners—one fearful, the other fearless. I’m raring to bring it to the screen!" - Samuel Jay Patrick
Pleasure to see screenwriting grad, Rachel Walsh-Williams, have two of her screenplays, Brighton Road and L'Avocat selected for this year’s British Independent Film Festival Gold List.
