A third LFS graduate has been selected to represent their country for the 2012 Academy Awards Best Foreign Film. LOVE CHILD (La Hija Natural), written and directed by 2000 graduate Leticia Tonos, has been selected to represent the Dominican Republic. It is her first feature.
Leticia joins LFS grads Oliver Hermanus, whose BEAUTY has been selected by South Africa, and Ann Hui, whose A SIMPLE LIFE represents Hong Kong.
