MA Film Marketing is explicitly industry-facing and will deploy a significant number of current practitioners from film / TV marketing and a wide-range of current industry professionals across each sub-sector as visiting contributors to its faculty.

Sarah Sulick

Sarah is a feature film producer based in London and founder/MD of her production company Bright Pictures. She sole produced Matt Winn’s award-winning black comedy The Trouble with Jessica (2024, Dinard opening night film), starring Shirley Henderson, Rufus Sewell, and Olivia Williams, now available on Netflix UK. Previous productions include comedy The Time of Their Lives (2017); urban drama Honeytrap (2015, LFF & SXSW); and off-beat romance The Waiting Room (2008, EIFF).

Lia Devlin

Widely recognised across the industry for ground-breaking work during her 10 years at Altitude Film Distribution, where she climbed the ranks from Head of Marketing to Managing Director. Here Lia spearheaded the campaigns on titles such as Moonlight, Amy, Lady Macbeth and The Florida Project and set a new box office record for Altitude in 2023 with indie horror film Talk To Me to become the company’s biggest ever theatrical opener. 

Charis Coke

Charis is a UK-based Sound Designer and Educator. With a filmmaking career spanning over 30 years, she has worked with internationally recognised award-winning filmmakers, animators, artists, and photographers.

Rupert Jones

Rupert is a writer and director. His 2016 feature, KALEIDOSCOPE, a dark, beguiling psychological thriller, premiered at the Chicago Film Festival and subsequently screened at the Edinburgh Film Festival, where Anne Reid won the Award for Best Performance for her role.

René Mohandas

René has been a reader, script editor, continuity supervisor, stage actor, producer, writer and director. He holds a BA in Film, Photography and Photographic Arts from the University of Westminster and an MA Screenwriting from LFS where he was a Leverhulme scholar. 

Nick Hoare

Nick Hoare is a screenwriter, script consultant and teacher, with experience of writing and developing for film, TV, stage and radio.  A graduate of the NFTS, he has written extensively for television, both on ongoing series including Waterloo Road, Doctors and UgetMe, and developing original material for BBC, Size 9 and Bentley, among others, has written several short films, and has acted as script consultant on a wide range of projects, including documentary features and stage plays.
